Users
For the best results, we recommend using AOL 4.0 on Windows 95, 98, or
NT or MacOS 8.5. These provide the best support for Java which is utilized for these VR
tours
If you are having trouble viewing a tour, try each of these steps:
1. Click the "Refresh" button on the browser menu.
2. Close and restart the browser. If you are still unable to view a tour, we
recommend the following settings for the AOL browser.
AOL 4.0
- Click "My AOL Icon" in the middle of
the page.
- Click "Preferences".
- Click "www" icon. 4. Click the
"Web Graphics" tab in the Internet Options dialogue box.
- Uncheck "Use Compress Graphics"
checkbox.
- Click "OK".
- Go to the "My AOL" icon at the top
of your window. Go to the "Preferences " option. Go to the "www"
option. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click the "Delete Files"
button. Under "History", click the "Clear History" button. Click the
"OK" button. Close and restart the AOL browser.
AOL 3.0
- Click "Members" in the middle of the
page.
- Click "Preferences".
- Click "www" icon.
- Click the "Web Graphics" tab in the
Internet Options dialogue box.
- Uncheck "Use Compress Graphics"
checkbox.
- Click "OK".
- Go to the "Members" icon at the top
of your browser. Go to the "Preferences " option. Go to the "www"
option. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click the "Delete Files"
button. Under "History", click the "Clear History" button. Click the
"OK" button. Close and restart the AOL browser.
AOL Mac
- Click "My AOL Icon" at the top of
the AOL browser.
- Click "Preferences".
- Click "www" icon.
- Uncheck "Use Compress Images"
checkbox. Close and restart the AOL browser.
